The ideal candidate will provide the highest level of service to all guests and handle any requests for services and facilities to the standards required and be fully trained and knowledgeable of all Concierge functions including Reception services.

About you
Previous management or supervision within a 5-star Hotel
Leadership Experience including Performance Management (Appraisals and Disciplinary)
Excellent level of English
Friendly, approachable and professional
