YOUR MISSION

As our Interim Digital Content Manager, you’ll be the storyteller‑chef for every channel:

* Lead the flavour across Instagram Reels, TikTok, website updates, email blasts, and whatever channel they cook up next.
* Manage your brigade of creative talent (a Content Executive and a Recipe Developer & Food Stylist), keeping ideas percolating and production seamless.
* Hunt the trends that matter, then whip them into brand‑perfect content recipes.
* Collaborate like a pro with agencies and internal teams, ensuring every asset tastes—and looks—just right.
* Measure. Refine. Repeat. You’ll prove that digital delights aren’t just pretty—they deliver real brand buzz, visibility and engagement.

YOUR INGREDIENTS FOR SUCCESS

* A passion for crafting scroll‑stopping content, from big‑idea concepts to pixel‑perfect executions.
* Deep expertise with social platforms (Instagram, TikTok), email tools, CMS and the wider MarTech toolkit.
* Design flair and an eye for detail
* Killer communication skills—keeping the creative oven on track and everyone in sync.
* The agility to shift from strategy to storyboard in a single beat.

THE PRACTICALS

* Location: Leeds Head Office with hybrid flexibility
* Hours: Flexible working hours, minimum 2 days in the office per week
* Commute: Must be able to visit the Leeds HQ site and other locations for face‑to‑face collaboration
