Team Role
* Assisting professionals to produce detailed technical drawings, specifications and construction documents.
* Collaborating in the preparation of planning applications, Building Regulation submissions and other project documentation.
* After a period of probation and as confidence grows, operating more autonomously to provide strategic advice aligned with your professional background.
* Working towards your professional qualification alongside practical experience.
Individual Duties
* Coordinating detailed design information.
* Preparing specifications, obtaining tenders and preparing contract documents.
* Liaising with stakeholders, including clients, contractors and regulatory authorities.
* Contributing to meetings and document preparation.
* Contract administration, valuation and certification, including chairing meetings with associated document preparation.
* Staying updated on industry regulations and best practices.
Skills and Requirements
* Graduate or undergraduate in Architectural Technology (minimum 2:1 for Graduate applications).
* Aspiration and drive to work towards CIAT membership.
* Valid UK driving licence.
* Ability to work independently and within a team setting.
* Willingness to travel by car and/or public transport in support of day‑to‑day work.
Knowledge of
* Microsoft 365 and Teams.
* Basic CAD knowledge (full training provided for our systems).
* Good IT literacy.
