Our client is a leading UK motor claims business based in the Rochdale area. We are looking for experienced motor claims handlers with 12+ months of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities
* Handle insurer scheme claims from “cradle to grave”
* Ensure all new claims are handled efficiently in line with the insurer SLA
* Handle incoming inquiries from policyholders, insurers and other third parties in a professional manner
* Ensure all data recorded is factually & grammatically correct and meets agreed SLAs
* Handle claims within the delegated authority of the insurer set out in their SLAs (including FNOL, instructing engineers, recovery agents, repairers, solicitors)
* Undertake any other duties as necessary
* Maintain a tidy and hazard-free work area
