We are currently recruiting 2 Internal Sales Administrators to join a market-leading, international supplier of high-quality materials to the Construction Industry.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a friendly, supportive team environment within a well-established and highly respected business.
This role would suit someone who enjoys working in a busy office, is confident on the phone, and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handling incoming customer enquiries
• Preparing quotations and processing orders
• Providing product information and sending literature
• Supporting the external sales team
• General administration and maintaining accurate records
• Building positive relationships with customers
We are looking for someone who:
✔ Is confident and professional on the telephone
✔ Has a positive, can-do attitude
✔ Is organised with good administrative skills
✔ Is comfortable using IT systems and email
