Housing Support Officer - South Ealing

Morgan Hunt is currently recruiting on behalf of YMCA for a dedicated and empathetic Housing Support Officer to join their team in Chiswick, Hounslow. This is a meaningful opportunity to support young and vulnerable individuals by providing housing advice, tenancy support, and helping residents progress toward independent living.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a caseload of residents, offering tailored support to address housing and wellbeing needs.
* Monitor rent accounts and address arrears in a timely and proactive manner.
* Work collaboratively with internal teams and external agencies to deliver a holistic support service.
* Support residents in accessing education, training, and employment opportunities.
* Promote community safety by addressing anti-social behaviour in line with tenancy/licence agreements.
* Assist residents with move‑on planning and securing suitable long‑term accommodation.

Requirements:
* Enhanced DBS (Children or Children & Adults), dated within the last 12 months or registered on the Update Service
* Proof of Right to Work in the UK (e.g., valid passport)
* Availability for immediate start
