HR Advisor – Employee Relations

Forward Role are partnering with a well-established business to recruit a HR Advisor with strong Employee Relations expertise. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-paced, commercially driven environment where you’ll play a key role in handling complex people matters and supporting managers across the organisation.
The Role
As part of a collaborative HR team, you’ll take ownership of a varied ER caseload, including absence, conduct, capability and investigations. You’ll:
* Provide expert, pragmatic HR advice to managers at all levels
* Lead and support hearings, appeals, investigations and suspensions
* Ensure all cases align with UK employment law, policy and best practice
* Coach and guide managers to build confidence and consistency in people management
* Produce clear, high-quality HR documentation and reports
* Work to tight SLAs in a high-volume environment
About You
* Proven experience managing end-to-end ER cases
* Strong, up-to-date knowledge of UK employment law
* Confident communicator with the ability to influence and challenge
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume setting
* Commercially minded with a practical, solutions-focused approach
* CIPD Level 7 (or working towards) desirable
