About the role The Blavatnik School of Government is looking to recruit a Senior Programme Manager who will work with our faculty and partners to develop and deliver a range of impactful programmes and workshops for senior public leaders working at the forefront of policy challenges. As a Senior Programmes Manager, you will work closely with the Head of Executive Programmes, faculty and the wider Executive Programmes team to lead on the planning and delivery of the portfolio of our existing and new programmes. You will also shape learning designs from concept discussions and managing end-to-end project delivery to ensure timely progress and completion. About you You are expected to have proven experience managing educational programmes or events, including consultation with relevant parties, project management, budgeting, and evaluation. Experience in line management and supervision of staff is also essential as you will be responsible for line managing a small team of Programme Administrators and ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of the team’s work.
