About the Role
As a Senior Recruiter, you will own the full recruitment lifecycle—from initial sourcing and stakeholder alignment to offer management and onboarding. You will act as a trusted Talent Acquisition Advisor to hiring teams and business leaders, helping drive innovative hiring strategies and ensuring an unparalleled candidate experience.

What You’ll Do
* End-to-End Ownership: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle across a variety of high-priority technical disciplines.
* Stakeholder Partnership: Partner closely with hiring managers and leadership teams to deeply understand their hiring needs, align on goals, and define tailored recruitment strategies.
* Talent Sourcing: Build creative, data-driven sourcing strategies to identify, engage, and attract diverse pipelines of top-tier active and passive talent.
* Equitable Assessment: Ensure fair, high-quality, and inclusive assessment processes that align with the company's commitment to diversity.
* Market Intelligence: Provide real-time market insights, mapping out competitive landscapes and keeping a pulse on technical talent trends.
* Process Optimization: Recommend and help implement continuous improvements to recruitment processes, tools, and practices.
* Global Collaboration: Work closely with the broader global Talent Acquisition and HR teams to share knowledge, scale best practices, and collaborate on cross-functional projects.
What We’re Looking For
* Proven Expertise: Solid experience operating as a Technical Recruiter or Senior Recruiter, ideally within a fast-paced, scale-up, or global tech environment.
* Technical Domain Knowledge: Proven track record of recruiting within complex technical landscapes such as Software Engineering, Data Science, Machine Learning, or Artificial Intelligence.
* Stakeholder Mastery: Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with a consultative approach to managing and influencing senior stakeholders.
* Autonomy: The ability to drive the recruitment process independently from intake to close, while maintaining high standards of execution.
* Adaptability: Comfortable navigating ambiguity and fast-moving priorities within a collaborative, international matrix organization.
* Curiosity: A strong technical curiosity and willingness to learn. Deep coding or technical expertise is not required, but an appetite to understand the tech stack and business impact is essential.
