Clinic Administrator
Offer: part time, contractor role, self employed.
Crossroads Psychology, a London based psychology clinic, is looking for a UK based
administrator to help run and expand the existing business.
The role can be done from home, with flexible hours, Usually under 10 hours a week.
With some limitations such as attendance at weekly meetings.
This role would suit a professional administrator who is looking to expand his/her client base.
The ideal candidate will have experience in dealing with clients inquiries, booking appointments and managing paperwork for a number of professionals.
Previous experience in the mental health field is a plus.
We are mainly looking for a person who share the company values -to share knowledge, break stigma and to give everyone the tolls they need to live a fulfilling life- is passionate about

Skills required:
UK Based
Previous experience in an appointments booking role
Fluent in written and spoken English
Well organised
Attention to details
good communication skills
able to work flexibly
Desirable:
Marketing/digital marketing experience
Fluent in Italian
The role will initially be for under 10 hours a week focusing primarily on:
Answering clients’ inquiries via phone and email.
Booking appointments
Costumers and Clinicians support
Any other admin task as required
The role can possibly evolve into a more marketing focused position for the right person.
