Senior Communication & Engagement Business Partner Hybrid: Hook/London/Solihull Full Time, Permanent Band 2 / £70,000 - £85,000 (dependent on experience) Here at Serco, w e're looking for an exceptional communications & engagement leader to develop and implement communications, engagement and social value strategies across our Citizen Services business. In this leadership role, you will sit on the Citizen Services' Senior Leadership Team with a dotted line into the Managing Director. You will use your strategic thinking, ability to foster strong relationships, creative flair and passion for great communications to deliver initiatives and campaigns that engage, motivate and inspire, helping us to deliver outstanding services to customers and to meet our ambitious growth targets.
