Service Advisor Vacancy - Leicester Main Dealer
1. Basic Salary: £27,000 - £30,000 + Uncapped Bonus
2. OTE: £35,000+
3. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 6:00pm
4. Saturdays on a rota
5. 25 days annual leave + bank holidays

Our client, a reputable Main Dealer in Leicester, is seeking an enthusiastic Service Advisor to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:
7. Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding their service and repair needs.
8. Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience.
9. Schedule service appointments and manage the service diary.
10. Liaise with the workshop to provide accurate and timely updates to customers.
11. Prepare and process service documentation, including estimates and invoices.
12. Upsell additional products and services where appropriate.
13. Handle customer queries and resolve any issues in a professional manner.

Requirements:
21. Previous experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive industry.
22. Excellent customer service and communication skills.
23. Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
24. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
25. Proficiency in using dealership management systems.
26. A proactive and customer-centric approach.
27. Full UK driving licence.
