Service Administrator - Yeomans Toyota Eastbourne
We are currently seeking a highly motivated Service Administrator to join our growing team at Yeomans Toyota Eastbourne. This customer-focused role requires exceptional communication skills, the ability to follow procedures in a busy environment, and proficiency in IT. A significant part of the role involves handling telephone calls. Previous experience in telephone communication and IT literacy are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Taking service, repair, and maintenance bookings via telephone, face-to-face, and email.
2. Processing bookings through the internal Link IT system.
3. Liaising with the workshop team to ensure all is prepared for each booked job.
4. Making outbound calls for service and MOT bookings.
5. Covering for Service Advisors during their leave.
6. Handling related administration tasks, including invoicing, car handovers, and payments.
7. Meeting manufacturer customer satisfaction standards.
Experience in a Service Advisor or Admin role is preferred. At minimum, you should have worked in a customer-facing role with a strong commitment to excellent customer service. Experience with Kerridge, ADP, or Keyloop is a plus but not essential; ongoing training will be provided.
