About The Role:
This role is for a super-organised, playful, and proactive individual with a keen eye for detail, logistical expertise, and creative flair for designing and delivering engagement programmes for major brands.
Designing involves bringing innovative ideas to the table, leveraging your creative strengths. Delivering involves ensuring everything is executed flawlessly, on time, within budget, and to client satisfaction.
You will help design engaging employee experiences, often tied to global cultural or sporting events, and coordinate their rollout across UK sites in an event-in-a-box style.

1. Generate creative ideas that impress clients and set us apart.
2. Source all necessary elements for engagement experiences efficiently.
3. Manage supply chain partners to deliver on time, and negotiate early deliveries when possible.
4. Ensure delivery notes are signed off promptly, demonstrating persistence and tenacity.

Purpose of the Role
To organise and strategise engagement programmes for a major client, demonstrating exceptional attention to detail and proactive management.

Main Duties
Engagement Delivery:
* Contribute to creative proposals, maintaining communication with clients and internal teams.
* Develop innovative solutions aligned with client objectives, ROI, and budget.
Budgets & Profit:
* Create budgets matching client constraints and margins.
* Accurately cost suppliers and charge hours appropriately.
Account Management:
* Manage key client accounts and oversee team figures alongside sales.
* Coordinate quarterly account reviews and debriefs, encouraging proactive questioning.
Strategy:
* Collaborate with Directors to develop and implement team strategies.
Suppliers:
* Build relationships with key suppliers for preferred rates and support.
* Negotiate and add correct mark-ups at contracting stage.
Team Management:
* Manage staffing schedules, including freelancers, and oversee holiday and absence planning.

Specialist Knowledge
* Experience in UK and international service delivery.
* Proven track record in account management and client development, especially in an agency setting.
* Extensive resource and project planning experience.
* Leadership skills to serve as a role model and develop strong relationships across the business.

* Well-connected with potential for new client relationships.
* Self-motivated to improve and innovate offerings.

Essential Skills, Knowledge & Experience
* Minimum 3 years in a senior engagement role.
* Knowledge of Canva is a plus.
* Excellent verbal and written communication with strong attention to detail.
* Experience managing projects from conception to budgeting.
* People management skills.
* Strong negotiation skills.
* Willingness to share work on social media platforms.
