You'll be a brand ambassador ready to recommend our newest fashion items. Through remarkable service, you'll make sure our customers feel truly valued every time they shop with us.
Key responsibilities include:
* Serving customers efficiently on the shop floor and at service points.
* Keeping the store clean and ensuring shelves are stocked.
* Monitoring and achieving daily sales targets, promotions, and selling opportunities.
* Engaging proactively with customers to understand their needs and make recommendations.
* Building product knowledge to effectively sell and recommend products and services.
* Utilizing digital tools like the Sparks App and in-store devices to enhance customer experience.
