In a nutshell

We're on a mission to reimagine how data drives decisions at Virgin Atlantic. As a PRM Insights & Development Senior Analyst, you'll sit at the intersection of analytics, automation, and commercial strategy - turning raw data into insights that power smarter pricing and revenue management. You'll work alongside a team of curious minds, helping shape tools and models that make a measurable difference to our business performance.

Day to day

* Partner with stakeholders across PRM to understand commercial challenges and define analytical project briefs.
* Lead the development of automated tools, dashboards, and models that enhance insight delivery and support data-driven decision-making.
* Analyse large, complex datasets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities in revenue performance.
* Present findings with impact — translating analytics into strategic recommendations for commercial leaders.
* Champion best practices in coding, data documentation, and automation across the team.
* Manage projects from scoping to delivery, ensuring outputs are timely, accurate, and aligned to business goals.

About you

Are you a commercially savvy data expert who blends technical know‑how with clear communication, turning complex challenges into actionable insights that drive real impact?

In addition to the above, we're also looking for the following:

* Experienced in using Python, SQL, Databricks, and PowerBI/Tableau to create actionable business insights.
* Adept at translating business questions into analytical solutions that drive measurable value.
* Excellent communicator - comfortable presenting complex findings clearly and persuasively to senior audiences.
* Strong project management skills, balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced commercial environment.
* Naturally collaborative and curious, with a genuine interest in aviation, data, and innovation.
