Our people are our success, and we work as one team. We are recruiting Data Analytics Engineer to transform raw data into actionable insights to enable data-driven decision making within the firm. You will be joining a team dedicated to data transformation, to enhance the firm's data management practices. The role can be based out of any of our UK Offices, and our standard working hours are 9.30am-5.30pm, however, we are happy to consider flexible working requests. Candidate Overview We are looking for candidates who ideally hold the following skills and experience: Experienced using Power BI, with strong knowledge of the tool, architecture, roadmap features and solid experience in Power BI administration. Expert working knowledge of scripting languages: DAX, SQL, Python etc Hands-on experience with Data Modelling and Data Warehousing techniques⯠Understanding of physical and logical data models. Insight into data lake architecture and cloud technologies. Familiarity with data processing frameworks like Apache Spark and Databricks. Demonstrable experience with ETL using on premise and cloud tools (SSIS, Talend, Data Factory) Experience in the development and adoption of Power BI within a business Able to provide great customer service with both internal and external clients, with the ability to communicate to third parties, business domain stakeholders and technical staff alike.
