Business Centre Administrator/Social Media Coordinator (Part time)
(RP0136)
14.5 hours per week (Thursday & Friday)
£15.94 per hour
The WelTech and HatTech Business Centres, are both superb facilities for start-up and small businesses. The Business Centres help meet the demand for office accommodation within the Borough. The Centres offer a range of cost-effective private offices, meeting rooms for hire and virtual business services. HatTech also offers a large Co-Working suite, offering flexibility in a professional environment whilst providing an opportunity to work alongside other business entrepreneurs as their business grows.
We are looking for an excellent, experienced administrator to support with a range of administrative duties across both sites on a part time basis. You will be responsible for marketing the services available, maintaining the website and social media accounts, arranging networking events, meeting potential licensees, setting up licenses, preparing the monthly invoices for chargeable services and providing a first-class customer service to occupants, visitors, and other staff. You will also be a key holder and hold responsibility for the security of the buildings when on site.
It is essential you have excellent administrative skills and ideally experience within a marketing activity to be successful in this role. You will need to have great customer service skills, be good at prioritising your work to meet deadlines but also flexible to meet the needs of business. It is essential you have a sound working knowledge of managing and maintaining social media channels. You must have Customer Service experience and confident in dealing with customer enquiries. You will need excellent MS Office skills and ideally have experience of raising and processing orders and invoices on a financial management system. An NVQ in Customer Service or Business Administration is desirable and a proven track record of Social Media channels is essential.
As a key holder, you must have a full driving license and access to a car. The ability to converse at ease with members of the public and provide advice in accurate spoken English is essential in this post.
