Corporate Solicitor – TipTopJob, Newcastle upon Tyne, UK
TipTopJob is seeking an experienced Corporate Solicitor (5+ years PQE) to join our hybrid practice and play a key role in capital‑raising, M&A, share transfers and private equity transactions.
Responsibilities
* Handle the full spectrum of corporate law work, including mergers and acquisitions, share transfers and private equity matters.
* Carry out your own business development and build a strong network of corporate clients.
* Progress with a view to partner before too long.
* Work in a supportive and diverse environment with flexibility to achieve professional and personal goals.
Qualifications
* Minimum 5 years PQE with experience managing multimillion‑GBP corporate transactions.
* Strong client‑touch and networking skills.
* Proven ability to secure and manage complex corporate deals.
