Support Living Assistant/Support Worker - Join Our Team in Preston
Location: PrestonJob Type: Full-Time and Part-TimeHourly Rate: £12.60 - £14.50 per hour

Role Overview: We are currently looking for dedicated Support Workers to join our team in Preston and the surrounding areas. In this rewarding role, you will provide vital support to individuals with a range of needs, helping them achieve their personal goals, and improve their overall well-being through tailored assistance and encouragement.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist clients in their own homes with daily living activities such as personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks.
* Provide emotional support and companionship, developing meaningful relationships that contribute to clients' happiness and well-being.
* Encourage and support clients in participating in social and community activities, fostering a sense of belonging and purpose.
* Aid clients in building life skills and achieving personal goals, helping them gain independence and self-confidence.
* Maintain accurate records and documentation, ensuring that each client's unique needs are met effectively.
* Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic, comprehensive care for each individual.
Qualifications:
* Minimum of 6 months' experience in a care-related role in the UK.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* A genuine empathy for others and a passion for helping people.
* Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
* Relevant certifications (e.g., First Aid, CPR) are a plus.
