~• Reporting to the Executive Director of Property Services, the Property Investment Director has overall responsibility for the delivery of the asset investment strategy and plans. Including the strategic portfolio management and disposals programme.
This Individual will do this as part of a high performing leadership team, including the Director of Repairs & Maintenance and Director of Building Safety. This is role is predominantly office based with the expectation to be located within a commutable distance from one of their office locations based in the Midlands. the program of investment into the energy efficiency of their homes, supporting their carbon reduction targets.

We are interested in hearing from candidates with extensive experience in strategic asset management within residential property.
potentially creating a blueprint for the sector in improving the quality and energy efficiency of some of the oldest social homes in the sector. You will have experience of leading substantial investment programme to improve energy efficiency of homes and reduce carbon emissions. Overseeing substantial budgets and contractor relationships, this individual will ensure homes meet legal standards for building/fire safety while maintaining accurate property data to guide investments.
You will provide strategic leadership by interpreting data, implementing best practices, leading teams, collaborating across departments, and reporting progress to governance boards. With robust stakeholder management, problem-solving, and communication skills, you will have proven ability to deliver at pace; Able to inspire, lead and motivate teams, your leadership skills in managing people and performance will be demonstrable.
