Support Worker Precedo Healthcare are seeking passionate and dedicated Support Workers to join our established team. You will be required to support people with learning disabilities, Autism, physical disabilities and mental health conditions either in their own homes or Supported Living Services. As a Support Worker, you will be a vital part of a person-centred team, helping individuals lead their most independent lives.
