The Hours & Flexibility You'll Love
* 8:30am–5:30pm Monday to Thursday
* Friday early finish – 4:30pm
* Hybrid working: typically, 3 days in the office
* Flexibility when you need a later start or earlier finish

The Role
As a Recruitment Advisor, you'll deliver an end-to-end recruitment service as part of our RPO team. You'll manage your own portfolio of vacancies while supporting client objectives and SLAs.
Depending on your account, you could be:
* Recruiting warehouse roles in the logistics sector for a well-known client, or
* Hiring a variety of roles in the care sector for a person-centred care provider, helping to make a real difference.
In both areas, you'll gain valuable experience in high-volume recruitment, using innovative processes and technology. Your work will include reviewing applications, interviewing, scheduling, coordinating with Hiring Managers, and finding creative ways to improve the process.
What You'll Need
* Previous experience working in a recruitment environment
* Demonstrated track record of providing an exceptional service to candidates and hiring managers
* Excellent communication skills - confident engaging with candidates and clients, via email, phone, face to face & virtually
