Location: Grantham
Salary: £35,000 - £37,000 (negotiable depending on experience)
Working Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week, plus on-call duties as required
The Ideal Candidate:
* Organised and detail-oriented
* Passionate, confident to lead by example, loves challenges, and can mentor and coach teams
* In-depth knowledge of the domiciliary care industry and CQC regulations
* Proven track record in developing and managing domiciliary care teams
* Business-minded, understands KPIs and targets, and is innovative
* NVQ Level 5 or working towards it
* Full UK driving license

Role Overview: As a Registered Care Manager, you will ensure branch compliance, high standards of care, and collaborate with the Managing Director, office, external agencies, and care staff.
Key Responsibilities:
* Own service operations and compliance, maintaining high care standards
* Recruit, train, retain, and manage care staff effectively
* Meet KPIs to support growth
* Represent the business in the community, pursue opportunities, and build relationships
* Lead and support staff during CQC inspections
