Temporis Legal Recruitment are delighted to offer this rare opportunity! Our good client is looking to expand their Commercial Property team on a permanent basis but are happy to accept locum applicants if candidates preference.

* Successful candidate will have previous experience dealing with general commercial property matters as well as landlord and tenant, including commercial leases.

* Drafting of leases, transfer deeds and other supplemental property documentation is advantageous.
\t
* Client is open to both locum or permanent candidates.
\t
