Office Administrator (Supporting Two Companies)
We are looking for a hardworking and reliable Office Administrator to join our happy and growing team, supporting the Directors across two companies within our organisation.
This is a varied role where you will work across both businesses, providing administrative support and assisting with the smooth day-to-day running of the office.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support to the Directors across both companies
* Assist with general day-to-day office tasks as required by the Directors
* Maintain accurate, organised filing and record-keeping systems
* Communicate with clients via email and telephone in a professional manner
* Keep Excel spreadsheets up to date and ensure data accuracy
Skills & Experience:
1. Good level of literacy and ability to communicate clearly in writing and over the phone
