Client Care Advisor – 12-Month Fixed-Term Contract (Potential to Become Permanent)
Are you a dedicated Client Care Advisor looking for an exciting opportunity in a brand-new practice? We opened our state-of-the-art clinic in March 2025 and are looking for a passionate individual to join us on our journey.

Location
Clacton-on-Sea is a vibrant seaside town on the Essex coast, offering a great mix of coastal charm and convenience. With sandy beaches, a lively town centre, and excellent transport links via the A133, A120, and M25, it’s an ideal location for both work and lifestyle.
The Role
1. Full-time, 40 hours per week
2. 1 in 2 Saturdays (rota basis)
3. No out-of-hours required
To support work-life balance, the week following your weekend shift includes an early finish at 4pm on Monday and 3pm for the remainder of the week.
Key Responsibilities
4. Deliver exceptional client service and support patient care
5. Act as a key link between clients and the clinical team
6. Build strong relationships with clients, pets, and colleagues
7. Manage bookings, payments, and general enquiries confidently
8. Support the smooth day-to-day running of the practice using our systems

12. Confident using computer systems
13. Empathetic and able to handle sensitive situations
