The company provides investment and wealth management services to a large portfolio of high-end clients. Overview: We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Data Administration Apprentice to join our busy financial services office. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain real-world data skills while working toward a nationally recognised Level 3 Data Essentials qualification with QA. Responsibilities: Maintain and update client data across internal systems. Conduct data entry, cleansing, and quality assurance checks. Generate reports and assist with formatting and sales distribution. Support internal teams with data queries and information tracking. Follow GDPR and data protection best practices. Assist with digital filing and database organisation. Take on more responsibilities as your skills develop. Essential skills: Strong attention to detail. Interest in data, tech, or admin work. Good communication and teamwork skills. Basic Microsoft Excel/Word knowledge. Willingness to learn in a professional environment. In addition, the following experience would be beneficial: Familiarity with spreadsheets or data systems. Any prior admin or office experience. Entry requirements: 3 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades 4 (A-C) in any subject GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3 (D or above) Prospective apprentices must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level as this apprenticeship in a similar subject You may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the programme. In this instance you could still be considered for the programme. If you hold international equivalents of the above qualifications, at the time of your application you must be able to provide an official document that states how your international qualifications compare to the UK qualifications.
