Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
* Serve as a strategic partner to internal teams, offering expert guidance on a wide range of HR matters.
* Work closely with leadership to understand business needs and deliver customized HR solutions.
* Drive the execution of HR initiatives and projects that align with organizational goals.
* Support talent strategies across the employee lifecycle, including hiring, retention, and succession planning.
* Advise on employee relations issues, ensuring adherence to relevant legislation and internal policies.
* Contribute to the creation and rollout of learning and development initiatives.
* Facilitate performance management processes, including setting objectives, conducting reviews, and supporting employee growth.
* Assist in the design and implementation of recognition and reward programs.
* Use HR data and analytics to support decision-making and identify opportunities for improvement.
Experience and Skills Required:
1. Demonstrated experience in a generalist or business partner HR role, ideally within a dynamic, client-focused environment.
2. Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment legislation.
3. Hands-on experience in talent development, employee relations, and performance management.
