Role Responsibilities (Once trained) Deliver engaging and high-quality teaching across Fabrication & Welding (MIG, TIG, Stick, ARC, H&S) Plan, prepare and assess learning activities to support student progression and achievement. Contribute to curriculum development, ensuring content aligns with current industry standards. Support students in developing their technical skills and employability prospects. Work collaboratively with a dynamic team to create an engaging and supportive learning environment. Develop employer partnerships to enhance student learning opportunities and industry engagement.
