Overview
Join a highly motivated team at Bradford District Care NHS Foundation Trust to provide a high standard of clinical care in hospital, community and other settings. The role, a full‑time Band 6 Podiatrist, focuses on the assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation of Podiatric care for patients with a wide range of clinical needs, including chronic neuropathy, rheumatoid arthritis, vascular disease, immunosuppression and biomechanical foot pain.
Clinical Scope
Care will be delivered across a variety of settings: community, acute, patients’ homes, GP surgeries, nursing homes, and mental health services across Bradford, Airedale, Wharfedale & Craven.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Assessing, diagnosing and treating patients with specialist care needs.
* Maintaining accurate records and associated management plans.
* Working with high risk foot patients and applying biomechanical knowledge.
* Contributing to digital advancement and multi‑disciplinary team working.
Qualifications & Experience
* Band 6 Podiatrist.
* Experience working with high‑risk foot and knowledge of biomechanics (preferred).
