Pertemps have a fantastic opportunity for two Tele Researcher's to join one of our new local clients within the Call centre sector in South shields for a long term temporary position. The right candidate must have great communication skills and be comfortable making cold calls and speaking with people from diverse backgrounds.
Responsibilities
* Conduct Phone Interviews/Surveys
* Contact respondents by phone (using lists provided) to gather data.
* Ensure that all questions are answered clearly and thoroughly.
* Gather and synthesize information based on research goals.
* Assist with analysis and report writing as needed.
* Maintain confidentiality of sensitive data
* Work closely with other team members to achieve research objectives.

Essential experience
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Accurately record and input data
* Clear, articulate, and professional phone manner.
Desirable experience
Experience within a contact centre environment however this is not essential.
