About the Role
The Fleet Coordinator plays a crucial part in ensuring CharterHire’s aircraft, yachts, and vehicle partners are scheduled, maintained, and deployed at the highest operational standards. You’ll be the link between our operations team and clients.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate scheduling and availability of private jets, helicopters, yachts, and luxury vehicles.
* Maintain up-to-date fleet databases, certifications, and compliance documentation.
* Liaise with operators and suppliers to confirm bookings, ensure readiness, and address any operational issues.
* Monitor fleet performance, utilisation, and service quality.
* Support the operations team with logistics planning and last-minute changes.
* Assist with incident reporting, maintenance updates, and operational audits.
Requirements
* Experience in logistics, fleet management, aviation, or luxury transport preferred.
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
* Excellent attention to detail and communication abilities.
* Ability to work flexible hours in a dynamic environment.
