Trainee Driver – During Training (first 4-6 weeks): £12.00 per hour
After Training (Trainees)
* Monday to Saturday - £12.22 per hour, Sunday £13.64 per hour – up to 6 months, £14.00 per hour after 6 months.
* Bank Holiday - £22.00 per hour
Pay rates reviewed via frequent pay negotiations.

The training generally last approx. 4 weeks and will take place at our Telford depot, before you then work with a mentor for a further few weeks.

Hours Of Work
* 5 out of 7 rotating shift patterns, planned up to 6-8 weeks in advance so you can plan around shifts.
* Mornings starting from 05:00, Evenings finish at around 23:45 on a rotational basis
* Shifts are separated into early, middle and late shifts with an average of 45 hours per week on the main rota.
* Currently operatiing 1 in 4 week weekend off.
* We cannot offer fixed early, afternoon or evenings separately.
* Overtime available at request / availability.
Requirements
* Must be over 18 years of age
* Have been driving for a minimum of 6 months
* No more than 6 points on your licence
* Can pass a drug and alcohol test
* Great people and customer service skills
* Flexibility to work shifts
