As we continue to invest in our marketing function, we're looking for a proactive Marketing Executive to help deliver campaigns, create engaging content, support lead generation activity and ensure our brand continues to stand out in a competitive market.
The Role
This is a hands‑on, varied role suited to someone who enjoys turning ideas into action.
Working closely with the Head of Marketing, you will support and deliver marketing activity across multiple channels including content marketing, email marketing, social media, website management, paid campaigns, events and reporting.
You'll have the opportunity to take ownership of projects, contribute ideas and play a key role in helping QUBA achieve its growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Content & Communications
* Create and repurpose content for LinkedIn, email campaigns, blogs, newsletters and website pages.
* Support the production of guides, brochures, case studies and campaign assets.
* Draft customer communications, internal announcements and marketing collateral.
* Assist with video, photography and other multimedia content where required.
* Ensure all content aligns with QUBA's tone of voice and brand guidelines.
Campaign Management
* Support the planning, delivery and optimisation of integrated marketing campaigns.
* Build and manage email campaigns and workflows within HubSpot.
* Assist with paid advertising campaigns across LinkedIn and Google.
* Coordinate campaign assets, timelines and stakeholder approvals.
* Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements.
Website & SEO
* Update and maintain website content using WordPress.
* Upload and optimise blogs, landing pages and resources.
* Support SEO activity including keyword research, on‑page optimisation and content improvements.
* Monitor website performance and user engagement.
Social Media
* Manage QUBA's social media content calendar.
* Create and schedule posts across LinkedIn and other relevant channels.
* Monitor engagement and identify opportunities to increase reach and interaction.
* Support employee advocacy and social selling initiatives.
Events & Partnerships
* Assist with webinars, exhibitions, networking events and client events.
* Coordinate promotional materials and event communications.
* Support relationships with industry partners and media contacts.
Marketing Operations & Reporting
* Maintain marketing dashboards and campaign trackers.
* Produce regular reports covering lead generation, website performance, campaign activity and ROI.
* Support CRM data quality and segmentation within HubSpot.
* Monitor competitor activity and industry trends.
* Use data and insights to identify opportunities for improvement.
Brand Development
* Help ensure consistency across all marketing touchpoints.
* Support ongoing brand and proposition development projects.
* Act as a brand ambassador both internally and externally.
About You
We're looking for someone who combines creativity with organisation and enjoys working across a broad range of marketing activities.
Essential
* 1‑3 years' marketing experience in an in‑house or agency environment.
* Excellent written communication and copywriting skills.
* Experience creating content for digital channels.
* Strong organisational and project management skills.
* Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines.
* Good understanding of social media marketing.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Proactive, self‑motivated and eager to learn.
Desirable
* Experience using HubSpot.
* Experience with WordPress.
* Knowledge of SEO principles.
* Experience managing email marketing campaigns.
* Basic design skills using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
* Experience using Google Analytics 4.
* Experience within B2B or professional services marketing.
* Experience within recruitment, finance or SaaS sectors.
What Success Looks Like
Within your first 12 months, you'll:
* Take ownership of QUBA's social media execution.
* Support the delivery of multiple lead generation campaigns.
* Improve marketing reporting and insight.
* Increase content output and campaign consistency.
* Become a trusted member of the marketing team who can independently manage projects from brief through to delivery.
