Description The Opportunity We are seeking a proactive and strategic Commercial Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive growth, forge strong client partnerships, and expand our market presence. In this pivotal role, you’ll collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions that meet client needs while supporting BSH’s strategic objectives. Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities in target markets. Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders. Develop and execute strategic sales and business development plans. Conduct market research to stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities. Collaborate with internal teams to create and present client-centric proposals. Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth. Represent BSH at industry events, networking functions, and client meetings. Maintain accurate records of business activities and sales pipeline progress. Skills And Experiences About You Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management within a B2B environment. Strong commercial acumen with strategic thinking capabilities. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to thrive both independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced setting. Results-driven mindset with a proactive and resilient approach. Knowledge of [industry-specific] markets is advantageous.
