Our Customer Service department is central to our mission of improving access to healthcare for all in the UK. As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll handle customer queries about our health plans via phone, email, and web chat, ensuring they receive excellent service. Our health and dental plans facilitate timely healthcare treatments for our customers.
You’ll Be
* Dealing with customers and healthcare professionals via email, phone, and web chat to ensure they receive a helpful, positive experience with their Denplan queries.
* Providing customers with complete, accurate, and up-to-date information.
* Taking full ownership of queries and following through to a successful resolution.
* Meeting productivity requirements such as call time and processing requests accurately to ensure first-time quality.
* Participating in a training academy designed to support your success.
* Working 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, primarily remotely, with occasional office attendance.
About You
* Experience in a fast-paced customer service environment.
* Ability and desire to deliver a consistently positive customer experience, even under pressure.
* Digital savvy with the ability to work across multiple communication channels and systems.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* A proven track record of exceeding customer expectations.
* Curiosity and initiative to find solutions and solve problems for positive outcomes.
Ideally You May Have
* Telephony experience from previous target-driven roles.
