Female Support Worker - DriverPay rate: Monday to Friday - £13.50, Saturday - £14.50 and Sundays £15.Shift Pattern: Monday to Sunday availability (8am - 11pm) with sleep in's additionalWeekly or Monthly pay available!We're looking for someone who will genuinely enjoy supporting a vibrant individual living with their family in Norwich.They are so much more than their brain injury and poly‑trauma; they're someone with a brilliant sense of humour, a love of getting out and about, and a real passion for animals.They share their home with a few pets of their own and volunteer regularly at a local animal shelter—something they take great pride in.To help them make the most of the activities they enjoy, you'll need a Full UK Driving Licence, your own car, and Business Insurance.What matters most in this roleYour support will focus on enabling this person to live a fulfilling, meaningful life.You'll spend time doing the things they love—heading into the community, exploring hobbies, and enjoying enriching days out.You'll also help with day‑to‑day tasks at home, creating a comfortable environment that supports their independence.Building a trusting relationship is key. You'll communicate in the way that works best for them, offering reassurance, encouragement, and companionship.
