Overview
Sage is transforming its digital experiences globally. We are looking for a passionate Web Optimisation Manager to join the Global Web Optimisation team at Sage, with focus on improving and optimising The North American Region. This is a strategic role where you will own the creation and implementation of data-driven, scalable web optimisations through experimentation and personalisation, working collaboratively with User Research, Insights, XD, Content and Dev.
Location - Hybrid, 3 days per week from our Newcastle office.
Key Responsibilities
* Own the experimentation and personalisation roadmap for one of our key regions, setting the vision with stakeholders and informing/collaborating at every stage aligned with commercial needs.
* Champion a culture of continuous improvement, using data, insights, and user feedback to drive meaningful change.
* Curious in nature, passionate about testing and learning, with a focus on AI and pushing the boundaries of our technical tools to create bold and exceptional experiences.
* Lead optimisation ideation sessions, working closely with digital experience executives to prioritise optimisation outputs and regional stakeholders for direct implementations.
* Passionate about the opportunities available with AI, utilising within day to day role, and as an integral element of your optimisation strategy.
* Own and evolve the digital experience strategy through experimentation and personalisation, ensuring it supports commercial objectives and delivers measurable impact across lead generation, product trials, demos, and e-commerce.
* Mentor and guide team members, fostering a high-performance culture and developing optimisation capabilities across the business.
* Communicate with clarity and impact, proactively identifying opportunities to share insights and learnings with external stakeholders, sharing insights far and wide.
* Act as a key team member in building hypotheses to champion a data-driven, test and learn approach to optimising the customer journey and user experiences.
* Communicate regularly and clearly on performance updates & new opportunities.
* Collaborate with global stakeholders to deliver optimised customer journeys.
* Collaborate closely with XD (Experience Design) to deliver best in class digital experiences and Marketing Operations to deliver reporting templates to guide weekly optimisation across all key touchpoints of our priority web prospect journeys.
Skills, know-how and experience
* Strong digital marketing skills coupled with deep web conversion rate optimisation knowledge. Outcome/Revenue focused.
* Experience of conceiving, planning, implementing, and learning from optimisation, testing, usability and targeting initiatives.
* Extensive experience in influencing and shaping web experiences in close collaboration with User research, Insights, XD and Web.
* Analytical thinker with demonstrated ability to translate data into actionable levers and compelling storytelling.
* Great communicator who can build strong relationships with stakeholders globally, think strategically, and positively influence business direction.
