The Food and Beverage Assistant Role

We are now looking for passionate and experienced food and beverage assistants to join our vibrant team on a full time, permanent contract supporting the service in the main restaurant.
Typical duties will include:
* Greeting and seating guests.
* Taking food and drink orders.
* Serving food and drinks.
* Preparation for a successful service.
* Ensuring cleanliness of the F&B areas.
* Learning and having full knowledge of beverage lists and menu items, garnishes, contents, and preparation methods.
* Being able to assist members or guests with any special requests or allergy requirements.
We expect the successful candidate to have the following skills and experience:
* A passion for pleasing to ensure our guests has a happy experience.
* Previous experience as a Waiter/ Waitress ideally gained in a similar environment.
* An interest, and appreciation of fine food & wine
* Confident communicator – important to liaise with your guests and your other team member
