Taproom Assistant / Supervisor Ticking Clock Taproom – Shireoaks We’re looking for friendly, reliable people to join the team at Ticking Clock Taproom as a Taproom Assistant, with supervisor opportunities available for those with experience. Our taproom is all about great beer, great service and good times — and we want people who genuinely enjoy creating a welcoming space for our community. Hours Minimum 15 hours per week Additional hours available through overtime and holiday cover Evening and weekend shifts, including bank holidays What you’ll be doing Serving beer and other drinks to a high standard Delivering excellent customer service with a friendly, upbeat attitude Keeping the bar, cellar and taproom clean, tidy and well organised Handling payments and operating the till Supporting events, busy weekends and food truck days For supervisors: supporting staff on shift, opening/closing duties and leading by example What we’re looking for A passion for craft beer, excellent service and good vibes Confident, approachable and happy chatting to customers Reliable, punctual and able to work as part of a small team Hospitality experience preferred but not essential — full training will be provided Supervisor potential for those with relevant experience Must be 18 due to the serving of alcohol Must be comfortable in a dog friendly environment Why work with us?
