We're looking for an experienced and caring Support Worker to join our team in Sutton. You'll be working in a shared home where eight people with learning disabilities live.
Your job will be to support them with daily tasks like:
Cooking, cleaning, and personal care
Helping them feel safe, confident, and independent
Being part of their daily routine and emotional support
If you can drive, it's a big plus - you may be asked to drive one of the people we support in their car.
This is a full-time role. You'll be working on a rotating shift pattern, which includes:
Day shifts
Sleep-in shifts
Waking night shifts
Some weekends
You'll need to be flexible and reliable.
Has experience working with people with learning disabilities
Is happy to work nights and weekends when needed
Full training when you start
