This 3-month contract is ideal for someone looking to contribute to a values-driven organisation while gaining or adding to their experience in a dynamic finance team.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and process recurring invoices for personal contributions, mobility and rent
Post and allocate payments received, including day service and ad hoc invoices
Chase outstanding payments and keep debt levels within agreed targets
Administer service user bank accounts – opening/closing, standing orders, reconciliations
Respond to finance queries with professionalism and empathy
What You'll Bring:
Experience in credit control, finance admin, or accounts receivable
Accuracy and confidence in processing financial data and payments
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
