An established and fast-growing UK temporary recruitment group is launching a new Education Division and is seeking an experienced UK education recruitment professional to lead and build the function from Dubai.
This is a strategic leadership role with full P&L responsibility, reporting directly to the CEO/Managing Director. The successful candidate will establish and scale a Dubai-based delivery team supplying teaching assistants, cover supervisors, support staff and supply teachers into UK schools, supported by an on-the-ground UK compliance function.
Key Responsibilities
* Build, manage and develop a team of 5 recruitment professionals
* Develop and execute the go-to-market strategy targeting Multi-Academy Trusts, Local Authorities and schools
* Drive candidate generation and client acquisition across the UK education sector
* Oversee compliance handover processes including DBS and safeguarding requirements
* Deliver division growth from launch to 15–20 daily placements within Year 1
* Report on performance, forecasting and market intelligence to the board
Candidate Profile
* Proven experience within UK education recruitment (essential)
* Strong personal billing history
* Leadership experience or demonstrable readiness to step into a management role
* Sound understanding of UK education compliance (DBS, KCSiE, safeguarding)
* Commercially astute with experience managing margins and performance metrics
* Willingness to relocate to Dubai (monthly UK travel required)
Package
* AED 20,000–25,000 per month tax-free base salary
* Quarterly performance bonus (15–25%)
* OTE AED 345,000+
