Senior Quantity Surveyor – Devon
Competitive Salary: Up to £70,000 + Car Allowance + Bonus

We’re seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a growing commercial team delivering complex, high-value marine and civil engineering projects across the UK.
What You’ll Do
* Lead cost planning, forecasting, and value reporting.
* Prepare tenders, variations, and claims; negotiate with clients and subcontractors.
* Manage CVRs, cash flow, and margin performance.
* Oversee procurement and subcontractor compliance.
* Mentor junior QS team members and ensure commercial governance.
What We’re Looking For
* Degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or Civil Engineering.
* MRICS or CICES (or working towards) desirable.
* Proven experience in civil engineering or marine infrastructure.
* Strong knowledge of UK construction contracts (NEC, JCT).
* Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
* Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.
