Working hours are Monday to Friday on a rotating weekly pattern: Week 1: 05:45–14:30, Week 2: 09:00–18:00 (Recruiting for two positions) What You’ll Be Doing Supervise and support yard and warehouse colleagues Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining safe, well-organised yard and warehouse operations Ensure customer orders are picked, checked, and fulfilled accurately and on time Receive and check stock against Proof of Delivery, completing all required documentation Maintain high standards of housekeeping, health and safety, and compliance Support stock control, rotation, and loss prevention across the yard and warehouse Build strong working relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal teams Support Branch sales performance, KPIs, and operational targets What We’re Looking For Relevant product or market knowledge Ability to lead, coach, and motivate a yard and warehouse team Strong customer service focus Proactive, flexible, and positive attitude Ability to work independently and as part of a team Effective communication and relationship-building skills IT literacy and willingness to learn GCSEs or equivalent in Maths and English (desirable) Forklift licence (desirable) Experience in a yard, warehouse, or customer-focused role (desirable) Previous people management experience (desirable) Why Choose Us?
