Overview
We are now recruiting Swimming Coaches for NEW HOURS. Sports Generation is an expanding swimming business based in and around the Dorking area.
Responsibilities
* Provide high-quality swimming coaching to clients.
* Build confidence, develop skills, and maximize potential in swimming.
* Contribute to a positive learning environment and motivate participants to enjoy swimming.
* Deliver lessons as a self-employed coach at the stated hourly rate (£25–£29 per hour).
Qualifications
* Instructors must hold the necessary Swim England or STA certification.
* If Swim England qualified, hold both Level 1 and Level 2 certificates.
* If STA qualified, hold both the Level 2 Award and Level 2 Certificate.
