OVERVIEW:
Gymshark's Finance Department is expanding with many exciting projects that will significantly contribute to the company's growth. The department includes teams such as Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Commercial, Management Accounting, Financial Accounting, and Tax & Treasury. We are seeking passionate finance professionals from entry level to senior C-suite who can add value to our business.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING: (Role Dependent)
* Collaborate with Finance colleagues and Senior Partners
* Develop strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure finance input is integrated into decision-making
* Reconcile balance sheet accounts by set deadlines, identifying risks and opportunities
* Conduct review meetings with stakeholders to provide actionable insights
* Support the evolution of month-end reporting and analysis to communicate financial performance effectively
* Assist in audits (internal, external, contractual)
* Contribute to the development of financial policies, processes, and instructions
* Create analysis reports to aid strategic planning and cost efficiency
* Convey financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders
* Lead change initiatives and embrace disruption with flexibility
WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
* Experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
* Enjoy working in an agile, fast-paced setting
* Data analysis and financial modeling skills
* Ability to build collaborative relationships across the business
* A passion for learning and an inquisitive mindset
* Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks

* Qualifications: ACCA / CIMA / AAT / ACA (working towards or qualified depending on role)
The upcoming vacancies will be hybrid, requiring attendance at least 3 days a week at GSHQ, Solihull, UK.
