The role
The Associate Product Manager (APM) will join the Customer Engagement team, working closely with Product Managers to oversee strategy and development of new features for our client’s consumer-facing website.
The team aims to ensure a consistent and seamless user experience, leading to a unified self-service platform across web and mobile.
The APM will oversee A/B and MVT testing to improve and optimise user experience, analysing data to generate insights for product enhancements.
As Assistant Product Manager, you will:
* Own the planning, development, and backlog of website features.
* Coordinate with internal stakeholders to align on requirements and timelines.
* Manage A/B and MVT testing to optimise product performance.
* Work with the Data team on website analytics to identify new focus areas.
* Support Product Managers with customer engagement data for business reviews.
* Collaborate with local markets to improve website traffic and user funnel.
* Work with your Technical Product Manager counterpart on sprints with the engineering team.
To apply, you should have
* Experience as an Associate Product Manager, Assistant Product Manager, Product Executive, or similar role.
* Experience in product strategy and delivery for a consumer-facing digital product.
* A strong understanding of UX and design principles.
* Experience with A/B or MVT testing, using results to improve UX.
* Data-driven insights and analytical skills.
* Strong planning, communication, and project management skills.
