Responsibilities
* Develop and deliver engaging and differentiated English lessons.
* Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
* Support students\' social, emotional, and academic development.
* Utilize reflective and restorative practices in teaching.
* Collaborate with colleagues to create a cohesive learning experience.
* Participate in school events and activities.
Qualifications
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
* Experience working with students with SEMH needs preferred.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Passion for teaching and a commitment to student success.
* Ability to differentiate instruction to meet diverse learning needs.
* Knowledge of restorative practice is desirable.
